Doggie Style: 2017 Nissan Titan

Hi guys! It’s me Gunner, your friendly canine car enthusiast.  I’m here to remind you humans that doggies don’t want to stay home.  We want to go with you, to ride along, to be a part of the action!  As my friend Tiffany says “If I wanted to be a watch dog, I wouldn’t be so beautiful!” I feel you, girl.

So when Mama said she was driving new Nissan Titan and invited me along, I accepted the offer immediately — despite my busy lizard-chasing schedule.  On the drive there, I desperately wanted to co-pilot (from her lap) but..

Mama used this cool “grass” stuff from Kurgo to keep me out of the front seat.  Mama thinks it’s “brilliant”!

From the beginning, I was on board. I mean, just look at it! It’s a big truck with a big snout and as a dog that is somewhat vertically challenged, I was immediately attracted to its badass stance.

Mama drove it both on an autocross track and an off road challenge.  She told me I wasn’t invited to that part– something about tossing cookies. I dunno..

She raved about driving assistance, handling, brakes and cornering, whatever that stuff means.  I’m hear to tell you about what I was into..this:

Because he real magic for pet owners is this back seat! The 2017 Titan has back seats that both split and fold all the way up, creating a flat service where you could put anything– like 100 pounds of dog food, or perhaps a side of beef, whatever suits your fancy:

For those of you with bigger dogs, a Great Dane or Bernese Mountain dog could even stand up back here without taking over your truck.  This is magical. It has a power back window which is great for pups and incredibly rare.  img_0060

I also spent some quality time in the truck bed, where Mama showed off the damped tailgate, the retractable towing mirrors and that back window. I was, of course, the star of the videos. Check them out below!  Please send Mama your doggie style questions, I’m here to help..
